Hello hello!
Thank you for making your way here! This is something that I’ve wanted to do for so long and . . . here it finally is. I’d like to use this opportunity to share my life with you all. I'm a small town girl in my 20s on a quest to fulfill an endless list of dreams and aspirations. I have created this blog to reflect upon my life, with hopes of radiating light to others! I will be exploring the many things that bring me happiness, inspiration and gratitude. Follow along with my adventures of cooking, traveling, styling and taking care of the mind, body and soul!

A little bit about myself. . .
I grew up in a small seaside town on the North Shore of Massachusetts. I am an only child with an enormous, crazy and loving Italian family. For the last five years, I have lived in beautiful Newport, Rhode Island pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Salve Regina University. I have made some of my greatest memories here and as I graduate today, I am beginning a new chapter in my journey. Some call it “the real world”. . . whatever that is!
You might be wondering where I'm heading to next or if I have a job lined up after five years and two degrees. I'm going to tell you that right now, I am unsure of what my future holds, but I am very excited to find out! As I've somewhat anxiously anticipated the end of my college career, I have learned a few things about moving forward.
It’s okay not to know what’s next.
We're not supposed to have our entire life mapped out. Life will throw us curveballs and opportunities along the way, and how we react will determine where it takes us. I've found that it's okay to feel scared and pressured about what comes next, but everything will soon fall into place. One thing to do is trust your heart. If you have a passion, pursue it. You can bet that happiness will follow.
Time will tell.
I believe that timing is everything. You may not get that dream job you've been hoping for this year, and that's alright. Down the line, it may fall right into your lap! I encourage you to enjoy each process that comes your way, don't force anything and if it's meant to be, it will be.
Be where your feet are.
A near and dear friend of mine told me my freshman year to "be where your feet are." I have held this saying close to me as I strive to always live in the moment. There is no better place to be than the present. Why spend time dwelling on the past or worrying about the future, when there is so much to enjoy at this very moment. Sometimes we take the simplest things for granted and we forget to stop and be grateful for the wonderful life we have.
Nothing is permanent.
Life is ever-changing and we're not meant to be in one place forever. If you hate your job, quit. If you want to move to the city, make it happen. Only you have the power to create change in your life. Remind yourself that you are not tied down to where you are right now and that if you are unhappy, you are the only one who can change that!

Your love and support mean the absolute world to me! Look for new blogs weekly and feel free to follow my social channels linked below. I can't wait to start this new and exciting chapter of my life!
PEACE&LOVE
